last few days i do venus routine (50 push up, 25 jackknife, 50 squat x 4 rounds) but i manage to do 1 round only.. after that i go watching tv.. after like 30 minutes watching tv my thigh got sore muscle and i cant even get up from chair.. i need to push the chair using my hand to get up.. unfortunately my shoulder and my arm muscle too get sore but not as bad as my thigh.. need 2 days until my thigh get better.. i think this freeletics is not suitable for beginner.. even i do 25% of real routine i also get bad sore muscle.. i think i gonna do like 10% of the exercise until i can do the normal one.
