No need to ask. Got many ways to do. Joint loan, staff loan, dont buy car, buy stocks then sell then buy properties etc etc..

Eg i get off my lazy azz and do something about my income....instead of being here and whine about my income being low and cant afford to buy.

Fact 2 now 660k is offered
Fact 3 sunway velocity now 1m++
Fact 4 people renting amaya 2k++

Then deduce urself what is going to happen.
If u are not interested, fine. properties like amaya are for people who have money only and like to spend. Pessimist can buy somewhere else. Amayans dont welcome pessimist in d building.

Hahaha..this guy. Google map it laa, guyss check out sunway velocity, surprisingly the name sunway velocity is in google map already. Amaya not in google map but can use AEON maluri as a reference point. The parking lot infront AEON is where AMAYA maluri is. Near hotel maluri. And i just went to see my unit just now. Sunway velocity is nowhere blocking the KLCC view.

I cant say exactly what view i bought. I m giving too much info already. Can go to corridor and see the klcc view anytime for any units. But specific units do have excellent kLCc view. It is like looking klcc that is in the aquarium.
