it is all the "new" and "latest" tech urge that we want.  after sometime the urge will wear off.

not on the headlamp.. the US variant of XV (called the crosstek) also uses the same reflector halogen only, same applies to the 4th Gen Impreza.
Weirdly, the 2nd and 3rd gen impreza got the projector halogen and HID.
