I've got mix opinion about knn air filter. Some says it's good while others says otherwise. I'm particularly curious about knn's claim more air flow compared to oem paper filter. Logically more air means more dirt, particles,  and other stuff goes with it right? Well, just my personal opinion. For the time being I'll stick to oem. Besides, it's still new. Cheers xvians.

Yeah, I felt that too! Sometimes with metal clacking sound! But I was assured by the SC that was normal for boxer engine. Even Porsche also have that, but drown by the exhaust sound.

I get the one with full accessories (they call it limited) rm147k. Zzz...

The one exterior comes with sport mesh grille, roof spoiler, front/rear/underguard, cargo step panel, side still plate, and led daytime running light. Insides with sti knob, bespoke leather upholstery and matching customised carpet mats.

Lol... so next time no need to spend time to hunt for those thingy d.

i've been trying a fuel additives KM+ for almost 2 weeks (rm9 good for 80litres of fuel)
and surprisingly, with the same driving style, im getting 7.4l/100km mix urban driving and a pretty awesome engine response/power ...
previously, i usually get 8.8-9l/100km...

u guys might want to try it urself... (eneos 1U)
i usually pour 1 bottle per full tank of 50+ litres..
it says, use more for power, or accordingly for fuel saving..

it all comes down to "interested party".  Our service does not include tyres, so the SC ppl won't give a damn look coz they won't make any money from it.  But if you happen to visit a tyre shop because of a punctured tyre etc., for sure they will inspect all the tyres for you enthusiastically and tell you happily that your tyres need to be replaced. 

btw, bro hypercrazyd, how much you bought those bean bags?  Looking for 2 too for my kids new room. 

Hi all, anyone have do some sound proof on XV ? I realize the outside road noise are quite obvious.. not sure is a good idea to do some sound proof....

Good morning all subarist! Im in SC service my firsr 1k milleage!

They recommend for first time usage, 2oz per 1 litre of engine oil.

I usually start up the car and warm up for a few minutes, then turn off. Then I will wait for a few minutes, open up the oil filler cap and pour the whole bottle in. It takes quite a while to finish, as the remnants take quite a while to finish dripping in.

After that, I will close back the cap and start up engine and rev for about a minute or 2. On and off la, not non-stop. Then I will take it out for a drive.

But it will take about 25 to 50km to really get distributed properly and feel the smoothness kicking in.

And I like to add 1oz per 1litre of engine oil after every service. This is optional. Sometimes I forget then it will be every alternate service.

But if you FLUSH our engine during service, then you will loose most of the smoothness and have to redo.

If you are willing to add 1 bottle every 10k service, then sure good la.

Actually, you can start with 1 bottle, which I think brings you up to around 1.5oz/litre of oil. Definitely enough to feel the difference. Just that I followed the recommendations on the sticker for initial addition.
