Some thoughts after the game...

When was the last time Liverpool conceded 3 goals? Yes...3-1 loss to Hull City and guess what? That was the last time Skrtel and Kolo were paired together before today.

Just 3 clean sheets in the last 16. Conceding at least 2 goals in 25 of 59 league games under Rodgers. Damn our defence is leaky!

they played fast 1 touch passing..

and most of the time you could see 4 players forming a square perimeter...

Actually we play really beautiful football when gerrard out injured. Now, we have to slow the tempo of play because he take the midfield role and stay deep at the front of cb. Gerrard doesnt intercept the pass like lucas did or do macherano tackle. His strength is passing and make run and an attempt to opponent goal. What is the use of gerrard when he can't do his job.. Miss some pass that make opponent able to score?btw, his key is from set pieces deliveries now. Suarez has score a few from his resulting free kick..
