My understanding previous gen and new vios use same engine and ecu system should be the same even most of the sensors is the same.

Yes via ODB2 connection, don't get con small car like vios manufacturer will not change the connector ODB2 is a universal connection for OE maker. Even Mercedes also use same connector.

must admit the handling of this vios is quite good... coz of this... but i notice mine abit chipped off and the black stabliser seem not straight, instead it is bend and got gap between it and the car chassis... anyone mind to upload the photo of urs?

Boss I'm not going to debate on this as I say if not sure can be or can't be never mind ... can used my autospeed odb2 tested it out.

Myself I have a odb2 reader tested it on different car all works on reading information live from ecu.

Not debating , am confirming u bought thw speed lock plug into obd for new vios ( not dugong versiom ) and it works fine? If yea mind sharing the seller, can pm me. Would love to get one too

dugong used to have this on earlier batch. it was not there aanymore for 2013 batch. the mouting hole is there though.
it helps on handling. ultraracing has this bar as well.

all my add on for autolock and mirror folding is plug and play..no wire tap on existing wiring.

mind to share the cost...

I wonder where does the switch will be as the stock ones are embedded on the steering stalk.

I got the aftermarket foglamp for my J ard rm180 included installation.. Been using it for 2months++.. Look great and i connected the foglamp wire at the rear foglamp switch (which embedded on the steering stalk there)

Mean,when u turn ON the switch,both front+rear foglamp will light up together.. Else if u dont like tis way, u need to add an additional switch will require a drill hole on ur dashboard compartment
