kawan kawan, New Vios 2013 J, I facing a annoying sound when turning the steering. "Eeeeeeee" , not loud but noticeable, especially when car is not moving.
Please try with off the radio, then make some turn on your steering see whether having the same sound not? thanks

yes, i have this issue at 2k+ ODO:

Following would be my complaint list next visit:
1. Brake pedal loose
2. Loose compartment bouncing or knocking sound in engine at, driver side upon crossing bumps or uneven road. Suspected loose lower arm.
3. Strong hissing sound from EPS steering
4. Unstable idling at N. Between 750-1k

What's your spec ?

Item 2 & 3, we having same problem.

you sure that your brake pedal is not loose in sideways and produce tok tok sound upon release? Its really very annoying.

i realized this idling after the 1k service. Previously its not there.

same but mine not eeeeee... when turning the steering when car is not moving... its just like "kruk" for a while then the sound goes off just for certain degree only...

maybe drive shaft problem or rubber problem?

the eeee sound is upon turning the steering wheel. Guess this is either the EPS motor character or its just a problem popping up.

I notice a "klok" sound when start moving with D gear. asked SC, said maybe due to new gear box. To KIV.
not sure is related to brake pedal not.... sigh.....

brake pedal issue is its harsh bouncing upon foot release. Nothing to do with your gearbox.

mine no have this issue.. so ur brake issue start since at what mileage?

and i also notice some weird sound coming out from driver's side cup holder lol for my friend's G spec..
