Yup, I do know Japanese so I just get it off the vending machine. Most probably you can ask the store assistance to help.

Rain here totally different from KL. It doesnt pour an hour and the sun comes out but drizzle the whole day. And it really makes you moody.

16 days, 1 person, 44,000 yen. I used hyperdia to estimate the ticket for trains and buses, including shinkansen. Too expensive?

44,000 is just transportation cost. Accommodation and food separate.

Well not really intend to stop at nagoya anyway, just killing time while waiting for my brother to arrive from KL on that day....

what is it that I should visit?

if it's too expensive, mind suggesting what option do I have? I've picked the cheapest option available on hyperdia

Tips 1
Day 1 to 5 just need Kansai Thru Pass. 5 day means you need 2 because it last only 3 days.
So all Kansai transport included Bus are all solved. Except JR Line but you not going Universal Studios ...so no need care about JR .
Kansai Thru Pass all settle.

Tips 2
From Day 6 you only activated your 7 day JR Rail Pass at Kyoto Station. Used the JR Rail Pass to sit Shinkansen to Nagoya & Tokyo.
at Tokyo used your Jr Rail Pass sit Yamanote Line to visit all the location you wnat.
Jr Rail Pass for going Lake Kawaguchiko also. First take JR Chuo Line from Tokyo to reach Otsuki Station. Then from Otsuki Station take fujikyu Line to lake kawaguchiko in 1000 yen per way only

Tips3
Nagoya one thing must visit...that was Toyota Plant. See how they build the Toyota
How to go there just need JR Rail Pass only.
How to go?
Do the Homework.

The Rest just do the homework.

3 Tips ...you are fxxxk Luck already......normally I will Fxxx people first

Regent bro,

Need some advise, would it be better to rent a car at Kawaguchiko and travel to Fuji Shibazakura & shiraito fall? Or should I take public transport? As i will be doing a day trip over there with 5 ppl, would renting a car be more saving and convenience than taking public transport ? As far as i know shuttle buses are not that often, and Shiraito fall doesn't have that much of buses travelling over there as well.

And Gotemba is like backtracking all the way... Perhaps consider visit it when you are on the way to Tokyo?

There are much more good stuffs in Tokyo. Many people always let-go Ikebukuro, but to me there has the best ramen (IMO, personal taste), and now finally the official Kit-kat shop in Seibu Ikebukuro.

Malaysian Bio metric Passport (which have the chip symbol on the cover) holders only exempted for visa. Older passport still need visa.

You are really lucky then. Hate the raining season as getting to and fro for work is really a hassle. In the train a lot of people are wet or umbrealla dripping with water, hot, stuffy and pack!! Not to mention the walk to the subway. Thats why I alway try to schedule my meeting in the afternoon and go late for work to avoid being a sardine cramp into a can.
