doesn't matter, flash is useless in a smartphone. taking photos of people using flash ruins the photo (and faces of ppl). taking photos with flash for wide shot or scenery is completely useless, better use HDR mode. taking photos of macro shots with flash destroys the photo. i haven't been using flash since the days of gingerbread phones...

Let's hope that that's the only problem to have...

It's not really an issue. The person who reported could be using a back cover or casing or could be holding it in a way affects the picture quality.

Hello, can i ask something.

My sister phone pictures, songs suddenly missing. When checked at File Management, the files are still there.

But when my sister try to open the picture at Album, the picture is gone. Same goes to when my sister tried to play a song using Walkman, the songs also gone.

But when my sister checked back at the File Management, the pictures and songs still there. What's wrong with it? How do i fix it?

Comparison between Z1 and Z1 Compact

Go to Settings.
Goto Apps
Click All Applications tab.
Click Media Storage.
Click Clear Data.
Click OK.
Reboot
Everything should back to normal after that (take sometime to rescan everything, be patient and wait).

Follow above step but don't reboot.

There are many models of the Xperia in the Sony Xperia lineup. The Z1 Compact is one of the Top End models in the Xperia family and it is yet to be launched in Malaysia. Don't think anyone with a Z1 Compact would like to trade with a lower end spec'ed phone.

I agree with Nordingh, you must've seen an xperia ZR.
Xperia C is 5" screen, so it's out of the question since you say it's "compact".

Most likely you seen is Xperia ZR is 4.6", it suits what you're describing at most.

Then Im sure he has his reasons for doing so... either in need of cash from the top up or he dont find the big screen to suitable for use like most of us.

I hope that it comes in this week / next week / within Febuary.
There're people on Sony mobile MY's Facebook page saying that it could be coming in next week. So i'm crossing my fingers =w=
