Not that I had purchased and I need to accept it...I have refuse to take the car when u send me the car..I mentioned more than 5 times that the tyre is not new tyres...and you keep saiying it is new....and told me that can make a complaint to customer service.....at the time, I pity you at first, and second I dont want so many trouble that you have to drive back the car, third I trust you that I can complain to customer service....
Any way, I am satisfied that Hyundai change to me 2 new tyre which I get to know that it actually took from other new car ...at that time, then I know why I get old tyres ...

I can agree that new car should comes in good condition, but as your car is about one year already, definitely you can't expect it to be exactly the same with the car when it's first manufactured, and I think you get more rebates/discounts for it also.
My elantra is about 5 months old, and there are some defects with it too... but I try put myself in others' shoes: I don't have time to go for service center on weekday and they don't have much time for me on weekend, so I can tolerate with their delay.
