Guys, the LHDN Cawangan Duta, is the one in Jalan Duta or Jalan Tunku Abdul Halim?

Hi everyone, I recently submitted my income tax relief form @ e-filling but I just accidentally recycled some of my documents + receipts to old-newspaper guy so now i dont have the proof of purchase in my sports equipment.

How can I edit my submitted form? Go to LHDN to change it?

Will I get into trouble?

for tax rebate on computer, since I've not claim it for the last 2 years (YA2012 and 2013), if I wish to claim it during YA 2014, can I use a receipt dated 2012?
