I have submit both my and my wife form on 6-Apr, both received refund by 6-May, 1 month sharp sharp.

For my wife submission, I face a strange issue. Based on calculation, the refund is X. Inside the submission slip, it show below:

Lebihan Bayaran RM X
Lebihan Bayaran Sehingga 15/02/2015 RM 131.00
Lebihan Bayaran Terkini RM (X+131)


Ultimately, now they refund amount X to my wife, what is that RM131 for, anyone got idea???

Actually my refund is more than 30 days. Submitted on 30th March. Gotten back only on yesterday 7th May. So 38 days for them to refund.

I sumitted last month 12 April but still haven't get refunded...takut ah.

You can continue to submit, then if get audited, just tell them you lost that receipt, say sorry politely and you just need to pay that's amount X your tax bracket.
Few times already I been on this(with intention)

But, the bad is they may audit your past 7 years records, this is something really can make you headache

Hi all, I understand that I am not eligible to claim under education tax relief for language courses. But if i would like to take up a professional cert (i.e. Charted Institute of Marketing), can i still claim under the education relief?

i have this "Tunggakan Cukai Termasuk Ansuran Sehingga 15/02/2015" deducting additional money after my "LEBIHAN BAYARAN" and it sums to "LEBIHAN BAYARAN TERKINI"

so... why is there a further deduction after assessment? first time experiencing this.

1 - additional 2015 relief for income less than 96k
2 - marriage relief
3 - tax after additional relief

1 - additional 2015 relief for income less than 96k

This relief is only meant for YA2013 (filing on 2014).

If your taxable income is less than RM 35k, you get additional rebate of RM 400 for single.
