Project not listed, but the land (Lot PT38085) is gazetted by the Selangor government for building of RSKU only.

BTW, I just found out it is no longer called Rumah Selangorku, instead this is now called Rumah Idaman. This particular project at Bandar Teknologi kajang is "Idaman Abadi", the first Rumah Idaman concept.

"Rumah Idaman menawarkan unit kediaman berkeluasan lebih 1,000 kaki persegi, tiga bilik tidur, dua bilik air dan dua parkir kereta dengan harga bersih hanya RM250,000.

Setiap unit Rumah Idaman dibekalkan set televisyen, peti sejuk, kabinet TV, kabinet dapur, penyaman udara di setiap bilik dan pemanas air di bilik air."

closest rail will be KTM, one station from KTM Kajang station (interchange with MRT Kajang). now still under construction.

Just made a booking 2 days ago.

Its 1022sqf. 80% furnished. Abt 7 minutes to KTM Kajang. Dev set to finish by 2022.

Honestly, the morning jam is to be considered, coz I have a friend staying in Tropikana. But the deal is quite good. Its my first booking for a property tho.

Another to be considered:

If I'm correct, I think the project that you booked is different from the one we discussed. This project is by Cheras HS, right?

^ i think u booked Tropikana Idaman. I visited the gallery yesterday. All the best on your booking.

Block D & E: 22 Storey
all 1022 sqft, each block 13 units per floor & 3 lift

I'm not sure about the access to this property. If access from Tropocana Heights, very nice, but I doubt that will happen because it will ruin the traffic in the beautiful ambience. The other way is only from the kilang kilang, so u see lorry in and out everyday (not much lah). Anyway, there's always pros n cons in any property.

Design is acceptable, doesn't look like a cheap flat house development.

Imo the best thing is size, price, location and..freehold!!!

The pic of the flyer im not sure. But the one I booked is by transloyal development sdn bhd. Which how I stumbled into this thread. Haha

New access road from Jalan P4/1 (the industrial area) to Tropikana Idaman & Tropicana Height.
