I'm not sure about the access to this property. If access from Tropocana Heights, very nice, but I doubt that will happen because it will ruin the traffic in the beautiful ambience. The other way is only from the kilang kilang, so u see lorry in and out everyday (not much lah). Anyway, there's always pros n cons in any property.

Design is acceptable, doesn't look like a cheap flat house development.

Imo the best thing is size, price, location and..freehold!!!

New access road from Jalan P4/1 (the industrial area) to Tropikana Idaman & Tropicana Height.
