I and my friend was offered the same for Kajang 2 and was told that was part of Selangorku. Their property agent is Ding Feng Realty (no official website found).
Paid booking for RM1k for this Kajang 2. My friend request to cancel the booking on April/May but still not received the booking fees up until now.

Meanwhile, on April, I called the agent multiple times why my Selangorku portal still not updated to Kajang 2. Know I know why.

please check on your booking form,

got office number and address,
try call the number and tell them you want refund
