Project not listed, but the land (Lot PT38085) is gazetted by the Selangor government for building of RSKU only.

BTW, I just found out it is no longer called Rumah Selangorku, instead this is now called Rumah Idaman. This particular project at Bandar Teknologi kajang is "Idaman Abadi", the first Rumah Idaman concept.

"Rumah Idaman menawarkan unit kediaman berkeluasan lebih 1,000 kaki persegi, tiga bilik tidur, dua bilik air dan dua parkir kereta dengan harga bersih hanya RM250,000.

Rumah Selangorku is under the purview of LPHS while Rumah Idamanku is under MBI (Menteri Besar Incorporated). So, no surprise when this project isn't listed inside lphs portal.

closest rail will be KTM, one station from KTM Kajang station (interchange with MRT Kajang). now still under construction.
