I see. So could you please advise me a model for my mum?

Also, how the kitchen vent working? is the air it blow outside is pure air or air mix with oil?

Thanks
*
You got to try and also compare. No hood will suck all the oil and smell. Fotile is good but not the best as some marketer here boost about.

Air blow out is mixture if air and bit of oil. The internal hood will be oily and need to clean regular if cook frequent.

planning to purchase hood and hob, but i think most models cater for LPG. which ones are good for piped-in natural gas?

Not too sure, wasn't my concern when I purchasing the stove. Someone did mention rinnai. You can try this model and ask the seller.

That's why.. Just like I saw Bosch. Couldn't seem to find it elsewhere. Where did you find Panasonic?
*
Got, but not many do online or actively in forum to promote mah. You call up Bosch to get the dealer.

For those who PM me, yes.. it is from Builders Hardware, Kepong. Zheilwane refuses to take responsibility and teach me to blame it on my contractor.

Since I bought the sink, I was very careful with it cuz its gonna be installed in my dream home. I carefully kept it in the store room... till I unboxed it today. How can I accuse my contractor which is not their fault? This is a very immoral.

The sink dented even before using, now I doubt their products.

Please think twice before buying from them. Good luck!
*
I not sure what is the detail of "teach me to blame it on my contractor." Is not ethical to put blame to others when is not even their fault if the contractor have not touch it.

As for buying product, most seller will open up and ask buyer to check that is standard practice. What happen in between (until you open up today), maybe you can try trace back.

Ah,

So do you carry stand alone ovens? Or what would be your advice?

For 2, there are 2 plug points in the fridge area which I think was meant for the oven and fridge, was thinking of using one of it for the oven.
*
You sure the two plugs are independent and not looped?

Will find out when the electrician comes to hack it. Originally, the plan was to redo the kitchen, but as the cabinet was already provided and installed, just wanna make the best use of it.
*
Just trip that MCB, if that one MCB off the two plugs point mean is looped.

Hi would like to ask.. I have newly purchase a Cornell electric oven.. my power point in kitchen is 20A (3 PIN type)
My new oven is 1500 watt and using 3 PIN type. the power socket mentioned 13Amp only. Can I just plug into power point there without any modification?
My contractor said afraid of the fuse cannot sustain higher power...

Please kindly advise ya. Thank you.

Unless your supply are shared, if not shared the power point is sufficient. 13amps is max the socket can handle. Your oven using 6+amps only.

I read in the Web that glass hob cannot withstand heat from heavy cooking. Anyone has bad experience with it  unsure.gif

Depend what type of material you use for cooking, now there are many ceramic pots and pans, with ceramic if it drop on the tempered glass chances of breaking are higher because ceramic are tougher than tempered glass. Or accidentally put the hot ceramic pots on the glass, chances of breaking will be higher. You can google "ninja rocks"

While i read ceramic glass toughness are stronger hence chances of breaking are less. There are also tougher grade of tempered glass, but it was never put into the stove specification so we have to assume is the average grade.

This looks good. I wonder if it can capture fried chillies smell aka sambal goreng from dispersing to the whole house and settle on the curtain or even prevent everyone or neighbour from sneezing.
*
No 100% trap, you still get some smell all over the kitchen. Sambal, salted fish I can guarantee it will go all over the house even with this. For me, I have to close the wet kitchen door to prevent it go into my house.

I have a 15 amp power plug for induction hob. But now I'm using gas hob and need a normal 13 amp plug. How to change the 15 amp round headed plug to 13 amp square headed plug??
*
Just change the 13 amps plug to 15 amps plug. No need change the faceplate.
