It's a complicated thing to explain but the bottomline is Thriven is no longer related to Mulpha and whatever Mulpha did the old days.

For those who know abit of history, Mulpha was used to be together with Multi Purpose Group, a large conglomerate in Malaysia during the hey days.

And the discount is 8+2%. Price unchanged from first and second phase and also told me price going to increase 8% if i miss out this opportunity 😅

My gut feel is the discount going to continue until 60% 3rd phase is sold.

No wonder past buyers are pissed. Anyone would be annoyed given any other project if it say price going to increase, but did not. And and doing back the same thing!

Reason behind the fully furnished package is due to the FA they inked with stone master in 2015. 300mil products and services from stone master with no int etc payable over 60 months. Thriven made extra from buyers by packaging these furnished units while paying suppliers at no int over 60 months.

Making myself feel better by telling myself that there is no evening sun and the view is out of reach due to the balcony design. Haha.
