IMO, Lumi's location is more "atas" compared to TG. Additionally, Lumi's monthly maintenance also cheaper. The Lien Hoe station of LRT 3 is still far away though. TG on the other hand, has the convenience of existing MRT as well as shopping mall at its doorsteps.

Lumi's accessibility is questionable.. roads in Tropicana quite bad in general especially tunnel area, sometimes got flood issue too. Hopefully, things will change after Lumi is build
