Found it. msm_hsic is the culprit of sucking my phone juice. Duh.

Wow... updating to kitkat right now...

wuwu, i9500 upgraded to kitkat when scrolling down the notification bar feel a bit lag, have to disable power saving to have 'smooth' feel feel regret to upgrade it, hopefully next upgrade will enhance it

after update to kitkat,my i9500 samsung keyboard cannot change input language,any of u having similiar problems?

Now still on stock 4.3. Been having problem with occasional msm_hsic and mostly msm_camera wakelock for a month or so liao.

seems i cant edit comments on FB apps after upgrade to KK, u guys face the same issue?

Does that means that msm_hsic is a common problem in KitKat?


I have went into google and learnt that this problem can not be solved, unless one flash the other firmware

Last resort will be factory reset if you have not done that yet. That's the reason I'm currently reluctant to update to KitKat coz if kena really kanasai problem, have to factory reset to reboot. Lazy to replay some of my games.

It's there. But it's hidden. Try staring ur screen for some time, the icon will eventually flash up and goes off. Just that it won't be staying there like it used to be.

Papa Apple is calling me back. Btw, I tried Nexus 5 for few days. It's awesome with the *ART* Runtime enable. Running like a new phone, in terms of performance of course.

I dont get it!!! Explain pls.

Which means that if you're using other 3rd Party camera apps, then those pictures you snap will not be saved into ur SD.

Means like if he use default stock Camera Apps they can save to SD card but if they use Camera 360 app they cant save image to SD storage
