Like in any sport or thing you do, it takes as long as it takes until you see improvement. I am in no way a power player (my KD ratio never jumps over 1.0 I can assure you that), but I do find this site useful:

For me. I started out playing half life in PC as my first FPS. I still prefer controller because i notice now in PC, whenever i click the mouse, it moves a little where with controller it keeps a steady aim.

I'm playing COD Ghosts now, have yet to get BF4..so the dynamics a bit different. But i guess the same rule applies; the sensitivity depends on your preference.

What I do every different game is, I try default first, then I just fine tune. Like for COD, I start at 3, then ramp to 5, after that 4.

Don't take it from me though, better consult masters, or watch a lot of "top plays" videos on YouTube. That's what I do anyway, to improve.

i don't know what service you're using, but mine's a paid service.
usd6 per month, and so far works fine with those services.

have you tried a free / paid US Proxy? Netflix might have detected your region and refuse your access

You must be using some sort of country detection avoidance such as special DNS from Unotelly, ProxyDNS, tunnlr or some US based proxy to be able to access Hulu.

For Netflix, some devices have a built in mechanism to force itself to use a normal public DNS, even if you put in those special DNS. What you need to do is to block your PS4 from accessing these public DNS IPs:

iptables -I FORWARD -d 8.8.4.4 -j DROP

iptables -I FORWARD -d 209.244.0.3 -j DROP

and I'm hoping that they come up with a GOOD game that actually uses the PS Camera..maybe the next WWE 2K15 game where we can interact with wrestlers by voice, or provide commentary or whatever lah.

Also, the optimist in me is hoping for a Def Jam Icon style game.
