The only set back is the traffic light at Saujana Kajang ( after TTDI project from Semenyih) which cause a massive traffic jem. Hopefully MPKJ/State will construct a flyover. 3. MRT station at Kajang - hopefully the feeder bus services are efficient and it comes up to SEH. SEH is a good investment but value appreciation is still questionable! |
