F&G is actually good enough.... If we able to get a responsible security team, I foresee there won't be any serious problem as well.

I did check out jade hills but air pollution and staying near industrial area is a big no no for me. Just my opinion and no hard feelings towards those who vested interest in those areas. Cheers.

Bangi Avenue is great for its access road, and its distance to KLCC is just about same of SEH as well.

Nevertheless, for me it is merely a housing estate rather a township, which its size is only half of the SEH, not to mention on Eco Majestic and SEH 2 later. I am not sure the kind of facilities / landscape provided by the developer but don't think it can really match the SEH.

Maybe I am a bit skeptical, but from my perception it is unfair to compare SEH with Bangi avenue, as the planning of the development itself is already different. Perhaps Pelangi Semenyih / Pelangi Semenyih 2 would be a better comparison to Bangi Avenue in this context. Just my 2 cents... hmm.gif hmm.gif

How this place will turn out in 3 years time, nobody knows. I still can't accept the distance yet ... hahaha...so best part is to bite the bullet, and move in on trial mode and see how things pen out. Else just move back to kl vicinity ( i am currently staying 15 minutes away from klcc...very convenient but old taman).

Try to use the Loke Yew/Cheras road, it will cut your toll rate by more than 60%. The tendency facing jam in Cheras area during peak hour sure higher, so need to make justification time or money more important for you loh...

Yeah, RM 1.00 at batu 11 toll plus RM 1.10 for the Lekas highway.

The jam part will be along Jalan Loke Yew/ Jalan Cheras till Connaught (Plaza phoenix) and at the junction of Saujana Impian (got traffic light), others should be okay.


Perhaps TKJ can share with us if there is any other road from KL to Cheras that no need to pay toll and less jam.. tongue.gif tongue.gif
