Nothing much... about the same. When on Christmas day to collect the table calendar.

Seems like the nex phase of ecohill launch will only be in March 2014. Terrace house looks like only launching 22x75 and indicative price is RM680K. According to the staff, 22x75 quite highly sought after due to is surrounding got waterways and also moutain (SEH Parc). I feel the price too steep as phase 1 22x75 only around 580K.

phase 1 got 22x75???

I would prefer Eco Majestic, which will be somewhere on April

GnG is the selling point.

Yeah, hopefully starting price remains at 500K+

Bro, only opened for staff and business associates. Public have to wait for the upcoming launch. The starting price really at 580K+. Build up size a bit bigger than Aquatilis but cost 60K more. I think is worth considering that there are more land area. Too bad for us no chancce.

if 500k++, i think Eco Hill first phase buyer will jump up and down to Semenyih river.

in KV, GnG can be 50k to 100k differernt...

Based on the pricing from ecohill, probably it should be 550-600K. Let's wait till April 2014

I bought the property and finance by loan. I thinking to put my cousin name as joint owner ( for purpose of RPGT first time exemption when the property sell within five year) and create power of attorney and trust deed ( myself is beneficiary and donee and my cousin is donor). Any sifu or simu please advise :-

1) Is the PA and trust deed is effective even after the death of the donor?
2) Is the PA and trust deed is irrevocable?
3) Do the first time exemption is allowed by IRB in the above case (PA and trust deed)?

It is a bit complicated but hope some expect can advise. Tks.
