Finally putting these into my Proton inspira manual transmission biggrin.gif http://twitpic.com/dta5i9
Review:
my god the transmission Feel is so BUTTERY SMOOTH.
gear 2>1 or neutral > 1 is still having very minor resistance however it's greatly reduced till i barely notice it. this basically CLEARED all my doubts on having short shifters and that will be among my next modification biggrin.gif

the 75w80 MTL may be a bit light on the viscosity, but hey, Lubegard with LXE.
i ABSOLUTELY TRUST that brand when it comes to transmissions wink.gif davidke20 can attest to the damn old 14+ year old 3 speed gear box that shifts like a charm
though i suppose david may not like it... its even... less feedback after having the new transmission lubes/additives.
then again, i believe with the bushing replacements + short shifters, wow. XD

ps: special thanks to nzh0920 on pointing out the handbrake thing... got it tightened max, and now i hate it a bit less...
the LHD ish positioning still ticks me off as my hand have to search for the hand brake even till this day doh.gif

then again having driven both auto/manual cars, my left foot tend to get confused sometimes... as in sit in lala forgot to clutch and gear grind doh.gif
then in iswara my left foot finding clutch wafak lol

also special thanks to nestum 's patience on waiting for me to go back zhapalang to swap another lubegard manual bottle as the one i got somehow missing it's bottle seal and being a somewhat OCD dude... cannot accept la sweat.gif
glad that i  dropped by, get to see my f***ed up inspira alignment lol http://twitpic.com/dtak3i
probably why there's the free alignment/balancing under 1k km lolz... however i don't trust other people meddling on alignments so... rm2x i can pay geh lol sweat.gif
*
Yea, switching between manual and auto cars. That day was finding clutch in an auto car too while trying to change from N to D, lol.

Going to have to change my trans oil too. My shifts are super shitty now, been that way since day 1 but gotta go get my clutch checked out first. Some weird slipping issues while cold doh.gif

so far mine no chip yet since only been on long distance once, and generally it's a weekend car for now lol
but entire car is covered in swirls and got some areas having deep scratches especially front driver side door handle :/

one thing for sure, need to find a stool or something for roof detailing lol... 179cm also can't reach enough, damn fat car lol

lol zhapalang there advise to change more frequently the first few times due to metal shavings... and yeah i observed the gear oil drained out, lots of particles on the drained contained.

the fluid smells damn horrible, and looks very watery too sweat.gif
i guess it's sitting in the tranny since August 2012 production date, and good thing i went ahead to get it replaced instead of waiting 50k km service.

Latest : No discount, apparently this jerk trying to fool around with me. I filling the the tribunal case demanding a full refund + rm210 number cost.

As usual, always full of bullsheet and never keep his promise, all discount he mention is just lie. @TS, please put WARNING on the front page to ask future buyer avoid this dealer: OZLEE Sdn Bhd (Proton Edar Authorised Dealer - Old Klang Road). The shop is near to a KFC, Off Jln Puchong.

*whoever person In this dealer promise how good the discount they can give (even 50%), for your good/safety dont ever trust and please just walk away.

err you never fueled to full ke? for fuelly (and pretty much every other apps/fc) measuring to be accurate you NEED to fill to full.
read: http://www.fuelly.com/faq/3/fill-the-tank

i don't recall configuring any graphs, but since you mentioned didnt add full tank, maybe fuelly didn't bother calculating full fc?

Latest update : that jerk finally called. But I was working and never pick up the phone.
So it will be 2 outcome :
1. discount "approved"
2. no more discount
only after I put some bad remarks on FB and lodge a complaint thru Proton HQ.

Karma will get him back bro

from now on, only pump to full tank and record accordingly. try to pump from same pumps, and use the automated click function of the nozzle.
pump until the thing automatically clicks/stops.
