well i know this shop in PJ custom a few decent rods for finesse/jigging rod.
i tried the 8-14lbs custom spinning rod on bedong last 2 weeks,yank a 6kilo barramundi like nobodies business.
the boss itself will personally go for a fieldtest for each rod he customed.

how good is a lever drag reel compare to a baitcaster?

banax starion or okuma pro XT with line counter. 

banax has more ball bearing and looks nice and cooler......its gold dammit....
the largest banax starion the 400 only has 0.45mm/150m capacity

okuma on the other hand can load more line like 0.45mm/450m. i'm gonna need more line if I hook my self a game fish! and you get know how far you've cast the line.
