QUOTE(N33d @ Jun 4 2015, 06:28 PM) thanks for the advice. i knew all those things as i also tactical shooter fans like arma series, insurgent, swat, old time rainbow 6 etc.. just that i always lose a duel in bf4. always got the first or second shot, then muzzle climbed, and dead. and saw my enemy running around with 50+- health. First rule is patience. Know the layout of the map, Don't rush like a headless chicken, and be sure to pick your fights carefully. Unless you're a explosives whore like me, then different story. Second is practice. Go to the test range, try out different guns and different distances, then decide which one and layout suits your game play. The practice also ensures you'll be able to handle different recoil and Bullet spread. Third is trigger discipline. This is where I myself am weak in. While I can get 18-20% accuracy in CQC I always use full auto even in big open maps, so on those rounds I only get 10-11% accuracy. Try to use burst fire, it'll really help control your gun.

Rule#1 never fight fair..... If they bring a machinegun, you bring a tank There is no shame in dirty tactics like camping behind a door with a shotgun. If you're playing infantry centric maps, if you're not a goodshot, just go for saturation.....lay down suppressing fire wherever you go, but make sure you're accompanied by other infantry.

thanks both Sentinel92 and Gregyong for the valuable tips. guess both of you pointed out my weaknesses, Shame when using dirty tactics, no patient etc etc..
for trigger discipline, me still trying to do so. I have better trigger control in CSGO compared to bf4.. in CS, always tap tap pause tap tap. maybe bf4 guns mostly sound like peashooter so keep on thinking not enuf omphhh so ma press until click click click haha

QUOTE(wKkaY @ Mar 25 2015, 08:09 PM) Noobs are welcome, you might have been rejected because DICE set a limit of 200 players per platoon. But Im as one of earliest member and active everyday was kicked from platoon for no reason. Wat gives?

If you liek tapping, use 7.62 LMG like PKP or M24. other gun if tap tap in duel sure kena tapau already. This post has been edited by failed.hashcheck: Jun 6 2015, 12:13 AM

Try using M16A4, M4 in close quarters. Once your fingers get used to the rhythm of burst fire, it'll serve you well with other weapons and you'll unconsciously start tapping on short controlled quick burst.

What do you guys mean by burst? If you guys meant pressing the left click multiple times when shooting, it's my favourite method when shooting.

QUOTE(Everdying @ Jun 6 2015, 06:10 PM) of cos it has recoil. try shooting at something 100m away full auto. not as much as you would find in say... BC2 or BF3. I'd stick to DMRs for engagements over 100m, guns like the scar sv and sks are virtually recoilless.

BF3 spoilt AN94, while BF4 AN94 is only like 60-70% of BC2...yet still better than BF3.

my bf4 keep on crashing.. directx error..anyway to fix it? i've tried reinstall bf4, uninstall geforce experience, newest driver, restore to my default clock and it still crashes. read a lot of ppl mentioned about due to factory oc-ed card and most solved it by downclocking. It also happened when i play recent games like witcher 3,AC unity.
Just bought a factory OC-ed 970 to play these games and this started to get frustrating.
wtf le.. if like that no point buy OC-ed card liao as newer games so sensitive to the clock and keep on crashing with even with the tested factory OC card. Not a single issue with oldie like CSGO.

Games up-to-date? Try downclock first then test. If the games doesn't crash when downclock, then you can test by increasing the voltage or power limit or both. What is your temp?
