use proton oil filter...use semi synth...change every 5-7k km... settle...no need worry wad oil filter to use

the Works Oil Filter packaging box claims that increase performance... but not sure how true is that. u used before?

Oil filter is an oil filter.

Its not a performance part.

sorry,if is proven in racing,on the road car definitely 100% no problem,if is not proven in racing,how famous is the thing also useless....if not all car manufacturer wont be spending their money in racing....

motul and other famous engine oil also got diff eo for normal use and racing use,so to me if u r not racing everyday,no need use racing oil,abit wasted,i use Rm 65 engine oil oni,my car is street car,hiak3

and btw,motorsport drain their oil out is because the heat in racing is very high,so of course they need to drain it out coz will degrade

some brands can buy per pc
like for preve they only need 1 pc

I change my oil filter depends on my driving...but I regularly change them on each service unless for that period I drive very light footed then change at 2nd oil change.

To me oil filter won't improve performance or add Hp. It's more towards oil flow control. It how the inside the oil filter is design. What I would look if want to find the difference is the oil pressure and oil flow rate through the oil filter.

As for engine oil, our oci indication is actually a reference point only not totally 100% accurate because oil life span depends entirely how you drive...and a lot of ppl thought keeping their car idling at long time and the odometer not running means the engine oil not use. Don't laugh, I have met with such ppl before. That's why I don't let my engine idle long time when waiting for ppl. I just off engine and wait.

For what engine oil to use, is personal preference la as long you use the certify oil and that suits ur engine what brand also can.
