I heard about protein too.
To lose weight...exercise...eat less but more protein (correct me if I'm wrong)
I'm not obese...171cm...71kg..still BMI is normal.
BUt I want to be 63kg...have slim belly....high cheek bones and luckily 6 packs.

When at night..hungry right after eating dinner at 6pm (little rice and
some dishes, less oil and fat. I even wash the fried chicken/fish to get rid of
the oil)
What to eat when you are hungry?
The stomach makes 'sound' when too empty.
If this problem solved...then lose weight is possible.
That's why Herbalife is usefull for some.

I always wonder how bodybuilders do their workout.
