You can try it first, so far haven't tried it because I can't even access my old phone to transfer the sms over. No biggie actually.

Talking about cases, the Nilkin case I got from Satu Gadget is really nice. It's a flip case, super slim and has a wake lock function (using magnet). Only downside is that it doesn't cover the top and bottom edges of the phone.

I saw that case at Satu Gadget but didn't quite like it. Did you see the Nilkin flip case?

I'm using the SP that Satu Gadget did for me. RM15. Didn't really notice what brand it was because I'm assuming it's some generic SP. But surprisingly, the quality is a lot better than the generic ones, at least from my past experience.

Overall, quite happy buying experience.

As for now, I don't think I'll be using any more non-pure Android phones, it's just so stable and smooth happy.gif

Forget about it, tons of fake goods. Avoid trying to get genuine goods (like usb cable, charger, case, bla bla) unless from authorized dealers.

Even my not so branded MiPow 4,000 mAh charges quite decently via the 1A output port.

I think a wireless charger would be useful because it reduces the usage of the USB port (constantly plugging in and out) and also reduces the rate of your phone battery deteriorating because faster charge rate would actually mean lower lifespan.

Using wireless charger however, is actually wasting energy over a long period of time. The efficiency is not as high as wired. That's why you need a larger input (2A) in order to supply 1A to your phone. Anyway, it's just a small amount of money. Say 10Wh (5V x 2A = 10W) for each hour of charging and it takes 3 hours to fully charge a phone, it's just 30Wh or 0.03kWh. Each kWh will be charged around 34 cents. 0.03*0.34 =RM0.0102 per day. A sum so small that most ppl won't even care biggrin.gif

Haha, yes it's covered by the shop but I've heard horror stories that some shops tend to give a lot of excuses and all not to send it back to the country of origin for a replacement /repair.
