bought ringke fusion from forumer here (sebastianX11). now cant feel the soft back of my black nexus, but feel secured. before this scared to scratch the camera lens. huhu

I'm using a nice sleek flip case but sadly it doesn't protect the top and bottom edge of the phone. Guess, the best is still a bumper with a back cover.

well, it will make the phone ticker. thats for sure. hmm, and i think the rubber (or plastic) used feels quite hard. thats it i think.

anyone been to mid valley the past weekend? i'm umobile and i can't get internet connection there
data set to 3G/2G with data roaming
icon shows connected to HSDPA, signal bar full, dbm -80
but cannot connect to internet
i tried disabling data and re-enabling, turn on airplane mode and then off, rebooting
in all instances, the phone connects to the internet for the first few seconds, and then there is no more data transmission, gravity box network monitor reports 0B/s

just wondering if anyone has encountered this before? or is it just me?

which case is better ? Ringke Fusion or Spigen Ultra Hybrid ? Both has transparent black cover where u can see the nexus logo... But I think these 2 back will get scratches easily, is it ?

Must say, coming from a Gnex - I'm quite happy with the battery life so far.

- Started on full charge on Wednesday morning ~8am, lasted till today 2pm.
- SOT about 4hrs 30 minutes. 40 minutes talktime.
- LTE and WIFI both on all the time.
- Haven't downloaded FB or synced office mails via exchange, so that might cause further drain.

Coming from JB to Kitkat not many changes, so not that enthusiastic in exploring the OS, started using like normal from day 1.

Can't say much about scratches but one thing for sure is that the transparent back is a HUGE fingerprint magnet.

slip a piece of paper with your own design under the plastic, the finger prints become so much more bearable, they don't stick out and punch you in the face everytime you look at it, plus you get a customized case
