Jus got my altis 1.8 yesterday. So far very satisfied with it. The only thing i feel weird is the bad tyre grip on flat highway road even at speed 80-90kmh. Could this be the Dunlop problem? Mayb i shud try lower down the tyre psi

Last weekend drove my altis during heavy rain. Roof insulation so bad that even my child woke up from sleep...You can hear 'kling...kling..kling' sound when raindrops hit your roof and also you windshield (due to acoustic feature- read somewhere acoustic windshield tech allow manufacturer to make the glass thinner without affecting NVH however, when raindrops hits it, the sound totally will annoy you
Ive gone through toyota tribe. Found out new vios also having this problem(http://www.tribetoyota.com.my/forum/topic.dot?topic_id=3415)..Some of them already sent their cars to 3s...some 3s would say "this is normal". But some accept the complain and promised to do thorough inspection and redo the insulation for the car. If anybody here experience the same problem, let us complain to 3s and umw. Hoping they will do something. People always say, customers always right. so, lets show them our rights |

I asked my friend on his previous version of Altis and they have also the same problem. Ive gone through toyota tribe.
