why no one mentioning the glass-printed antenna? is it a common thing across other C-seg cars?

I wana go for the 1.8E variant but would like to have the 17" rim (from the 2.0 version).

Do you think the SA will accept this request? smile.gif
*
No Toyota won't do this. The car is delivered as standard from Thailand. Optional accessories are added in the Melaka plant. Rim is not an optional accessory.

Jus got my altis 1.8 yesterday. So far very satisfied with it. The only thing i feel weird is the bad tyre grip on flat highway road even at speed 80-90kmh. Could this be the Dunlop problem? Mayb i shud try lower down the tyre psi

I bought my 1.8E end of May, I have been driving for 1 month and a half, just 2 weeks ago my fuel consumption was still reading at 11km/L, these past 2 weeks have slowly gone up to 11.8km/L

How do you guys drive the car to actually get to 14km/L?

my work place is about 5km away from my house but have to jam 30 to 40 minutes on average everyday, is it really just because of the jam that makes so much difference?

frequent start-stop is the culprit for most cars
for me, i do not stress the car while accelerating from a static position
so i see the "ECO" LED light on more than any other lights rolleyes.gif

Thanks akim45. I also think 1.8 is enough for engine part. Just that here don't have full spec for 1.8 like Taiwan... I scare I will feel a bit regret if getting a car without push start n smart entry from now.. Cause feel it will be the trend for future..minimum requirements..haha.. Then I am stuck with a old altis car
*
Food for thought...the more features u hv, the more things to repair in future. Smart entry all these are good, convenient for us humans. But also they are marketing strategies to make more money.
