there's two types, mahajaya and Mahsing..which has difference in price by 50-80k since Mah Sing's design is more practical and can use the clubhouse facilities..while Mahajaya's design u cant...2.5 storey Mahajaya unit can find for 950-980k, where else cheapest for Mah Sing is 1.05mil..im looking for Mah Sing 2.5 storey at price nearer to 1mil

Yesterday just placing my cheque on booking fees for 2 storey endlot. Hopefully all goes well and we will be neighbour real soon wink.gif

imo should hold. Price can only go up.

KR is not fully value yet. Many new developments, ie LRT, KIDEX, Pavilion2, BukitJalilCity, etc.

Exciting times in next few years rclxms.gif

Endlot without land, but with super size as they convert land become usable b/u.

I have been searching high and low for landed properties and at the end settled for this.
If you are me, where will you choose if budget is within KR and location is not an issue? Mind to share? Just curious

Supply issue, KR has relatively higher % of investors, number also bigger
- freehold
- KR access issue

KR will rebound, it is already under valued
Belif in yr own judgement, buy a property with good fundamental value, it you find it, then just grasp it
