I bought from Mah Sing.

My unit is the Ambrosia area, final phase of Kinrara Residence. Still under construction and ready next year March. Still long time to go...

KR has supply glut issue. Mostly investors.

Whereby Qaseh are mostly owners. That's why you hardly see any more units for sale. Good units facing north/south are all taken. Qaseh owners are moving in to stay now.

KR price will move up demand/supply is matched. Don't worry and be a happy owner of KR. You will see your property value going up soon.

Good luck in your search. Find from iproperty.com.my would be an ideal way.

Woohoo~ less 1 investor, add 1 real house owner. This is good for price appreciation in future.

UFO-ET, can the JMB plant some fruit trees at the playground?

- Nangga
- Papaya
- Mango (highly suggested)
- Jambu
- Rambutan (highly suggested)
- etc etc etc...

Plant them at the edge of playground, or suitable areas up to JMB committees to decide.

This could be a great idea rather than normal trees on the playground landscape. I have seen this idea from China local city councils, they are doing this along the road side.

Can ask the Palmiera guards help to water the plants every evening. smile.gif

Like that cannot already, but in the future RA and JMB will discuss perhaps

You can propose the fruit trees idea in next JMB (or RA??) meeting & put in action ASAP.

Year end monsoon raining can help the fruit trees grow faster. biggrin.gif

Plant more fruit trees at the playground surroundings. I have this idea since long time ago. Definitely can liven up the neighborhood. My new house not ready yet. After renovation so only can move in by year end.

Existing residents you guys can help to make this idea come to realization.biggrin.gif
