buyer send back the sim card
buyer bank in the money rm30 deduct the postage fee of the sim card
seller send buyer a data cable...

Bro, why should i pay him back RM30 leh?? he not just owe me a data cable leh, he also owe me a 64MB MSPD, he already said ok as all the thread viewer know about it. The RM30 is refund to me for buying a new MSPD .......

of course no need to refund the RM30 lah, u guys saw the thread earlier he said OK mah, himself admitted that. What for I need to pay him back biggrin.gif I like to settle things fair n square ... if it's my fault I'll admit it.. and give ppl a good explanation...

I'm a seller in lelong n lyn also, if I do wrong I'll be fair to my customer... I once sent a mobo to priceagp I think, but he said the it's not what he wants, then I ask him to return back the mobo sent him a model he's finding... problem settle lah...

I was also being conned by nigerians for a samsung E720 which was a gift from fren at birthday.... worth RM1,200 leh... what would I felt... I was conned by ppl b4, I know the feeling... but this one is too much lah, first MSPD n data cable lost which is said FULL SET at first, some more faulty camera, at the end warranty got void.... of course I need to voice up already la....

evry 1 ...i go check in digi centre...my num had cut already...n nw open sell in a shop in malaysia....wat i 1 2 do nw is give him a data cable....i think no any waranty charge.....ok???if tis thread din close,stil commen til 15 page,i wnt send the data cable 2 her....coz if i sent 2 her..everybody still open their mouth say tis n tat....exspecially who join it nearly.....ok every 1??

tis 1 is wat can i do...if nt..pls refund back 2 me....i can take it....

i sms her n say...she din reply me...i cant on9 alwayz...so cant reply here...ok????

I believe if u talk sweet sweet with the Digi ppl, they will activate the line for u...especially if u registered the simcard b4..
If not, then too bad for u...tats a lesson to u for forget to take the simcard out.

But anyway, if u already agreed to give data cable and pay for repair charges (if ay) then nobody else would accuse u conman..

The point we all want is to resolve this and will never mention again.

so now u post the cable to her. and after she recieve the cable, the 1st problem is solve, and then this thread will close after all problem solve. if u keep defend urself at here and not try to solve the problem. of course this thread will keep going.
no offence, hope both parties can come out a solution which agree by both parties, and settle this problem asap.

If the card is near to expire, u canot reload ??
The best thing about Digi is that u can even reload using another number...
Duh....and there's always Flexi-e load..

can u understand the problem??the buyer will keep the phone that she bought from u. is u, yes u seller din post the promise items to buyer. is u who break the honour agreement. first, u said the RM30(am i right, cannot remember the exact figure) the buyer owned u is for MSPD that u din post to buyer. which mean that RM30 is burn, and the MSPD problem settle. second, u keep telling about the simcard things, then the seller said post back the simcard to u, u said dun want. then u ask her to refund and send the phone to u. i dun understand. why she should refund to u???how much she should refund to u???Please stated it clear.

if u cannot express ur mind clearly by english please type chinese, maybe we can more understand.

ok enough is enough already. i've been reading all the posts since my last post around noon.

WTF was that? you sold a problematic hp to someone and now you want a refund from the buyer just because you forgotten to take out the simcard? so now digi cut off the line and now you blame the buyer because if she send back when you requested earlier then your socalled vip no still active lah? WTF! you were the one pusing sini and pusing sana a.k.a captain TWISTER!

guess no point of working on the dispute already now. i dont see any logic for the buyer to refund you since you were the dishonest seller from the beginning! lastly it was clearly shown from page 1 till now page 11 you as a seller refused to compensate the buyer.

you are lucky because the buyer is so kind and still trying her best to solve this dispute!
