i think.... my view of solution
buyer send back the sim card buyer bank in the money rm30 deduct the postage fee of the sim card seller send buyer a data cable... |

he really dishonest in any sense.. try to divert problem.. as a responsible seller u need to make sure the goods is wat u said and agreed upon
