Hi, I am sephira owner here, I have experienced uncollected garbage from my house. Garbage collection is the duty of mbsa's or developer's?

Anyone can comment on this ?

Anyone know if they have started to build the surau?

If developer have handover d ntire phase to mbsa, then is mbsa duty

I think the huge mosque is completing. I dont expect Zircona's surau will be quickly built because of the sensitivity of the Malaysian people regarding suraus and mosques.

there are some indian sweepers coming in via motorbike and collecting garbage. according to them..once > 20 units of sephira homes are occupied, then only the mgmt can get the garbage truck to come in to sephira.

I went for a drive to sephira at night and it looked so far from the main entrance and also I can see only few houses are occupied. This is kind of worrying if need to stay alone. How is the security so far and also is the area flood prone as I can see it's located quite close to the Klang river. Kinda worried as it's a huge investment

so far no issues..the guard usually makes his rounds and nights..even in the back lane..i noticed coz i usually sleep very2 late

anyway..for those sephirans that have installed airconds, what type of aircond are you using? inverter or non inverter. I am not sure the piping that is already pre-installed is suitable for which type of aircond

Just being told all Citrina Semi D are sold.
Only left one corner unit at RM3mil

Very unlikely that pre-installed pipe is suitable for inverter aircond.

Did you notice the air around Alam Impian smell different from evening till morning? It's actually poisonous smoke from illegal burning that operates from evening ~7pm to ~5am. Somebody reported illegal burning of factory materials back in 2010, looks like it still operate until now. Today I saw it from the toll and decided to hunt it down, here are the photos I captured right behind TTDI Alam Impian viola/spira.

Can someone help to report to the right authority and bring a stop to this hazardous and irresponsible act in Alam Impian?

It's quite bad actually. I can smell the smoke while typing this message from inside my house. This has got to stop once and for all!!! How to report to the right authority?
