i myself did survey inp and naza...was eyeing for canting..but at the end decided to go for naza...this is because developer already provided a gated and guarded environment for the owners there...

other than that, naza did the conceal piping for air cond as well vs in canting i need to heck the wall for conceal works...the only set back is there's only 1 row of shops there and since it's a new township, why not? for fnb and shopping can just dropby to kota kemuning while waiting for alam impian commercials to come in..
