i manage to open up my phone and DIY fix the button with a piece of plastic/rubber based 2 way tape, depends on the thickness of the plastic piece. if put too thick it will affect the button feel.

The button lost it's sensitivity due to the rubber button inside worn out after extensive usage.

my power button is getting harder to press now, and it is an AP set. does LG service centre provide the power button replacement for AP set as well?

andd mine is currently rooted under Mahdi 2.7+hellscore. i turn on the s2w+s2s feature, and sometimes, almost once everyday, the screen became unresponsive to touch at all and i need to reboot my phone before i can use it again. had the similar problem when i was on matr1x kernel as well. any suggestions guys?

im surprised battery at LG rm130+.. not too bad imho

i bought my battery replacement from ebay around rm60 with shipping.

Just change my nexus 4 power button in LG SC Kelana Jaya..
Total cost RM38.xx..
Got 1 month warranty for that power button :-)

Currently thinking moving to One Plus One..or maybe Xiaomi mi3/mi4??
I love everything about nexus 4 except battery life and poor camera..
Nexus smoothness experience is in the same league of iphone, it just cant go wrong..

How long did they take to change the power button?

for power button at LG service center, I think they don't care if AP or orginal, they will just service. i think need to pay about rm40, mentioned few pages back

No problem with AP set.Just need pay labour+cost charges.

I had the same problem when using hellscore kernel.Before that I used franco with touch control and never face the problem.But I only use s2w while off screen I use navigation key tweak long press swipe up to sleep.

Some previous ROM also had this issue...Try changing another Rom and kernel

Woahh sounds good. So tempting, I'm still waiting for the invite Plan to update from my Nexus 4 to 1+1 as well.

And I'm so in love with Paranoid Android, those who seek stability + performance + looks for their Nexus 4 can try to use this rom. I've been using it for a year now it's running great. Stable enough for daily driver.
