Anyone purchased in the recent property expo at Mid Valley?

Booked one unit, tower A. Agent say the HTC is just normal one, not an actual one

From this article, it also say HTC, yet say the negatives is outweigh by the positive of good address, etc etc.

If market crashes, big boys with cash are coming into the market to catch the steals. Developer will stop launching new projects. Bank will tighten loan eligibility. For those who wait still gonna wait lol.

If the project is not right for you, let it go. Don't sign for 35 years debt just because you think you wasted the booking fee (I presume <3k?). Make the money worth by learning the mistake. Be water my friend, not water fish.
