Have a look on your kb, should be written at the back label there.Only some line of mech kb by CM and SS is made in Taiwan. But need not be too serious in this. A made in China board doesn't conclude to be bad, so do a made in Taiwan board. It all back down to the proper the QC and OEM to justify the end result of the keyboard quality.
