look at the blink blink metal sleeve... (screen)
and u can see the quality of the cable. and this metal sleeve (shielding) will be use as ground, to prevent noise from reaching signal cable.

Finally done, and Thanks to alamaklor suggestion, i cover whole plug with heat shink. indeed looks pretty. =)

PS : after making the short canare cable with the gold plug, i found it it's sound quite close to my Canare F-12 + Canare L4E6S.
with half the price only.
by the way, any one interested in this cable, (gold plug + canare L2T2S)
i plan to sell it at RM 35.

hi guys im a noob in this cable stuff. is qed a good brand? i saw the 3.5mm to rca....price tag is rm 150. which one is better if compare with this diy cable?

QED is ok. and imho they are better in term of cable that is more upper range. for lower range. DIy Sounds almost the same with them. with much cheaper price.
of course the QED has much better out look. =)

not sure. i never have look at lear earphone before. hence can't gurantee.
my suggestion is. just use it. until it's putus. and can't claim warrenty. then u can come and find me. i will try that time =)

bro plan to have a 3 meter cable from computer to speaker... both using normal jack (as in normal speaker - sound card connection). Can you quote me? I prefer better cable and gold jack.. but keep the price affordable ... not like crazily 100 over haha... Ok ..hear from you.

hey,
i need a cable adapter to use on the airplane. the airplane's headphone jack is two separate jacks (one left, one right), so i need an adapter that is two males becoming one female (to insert my own headphones). i wanna use my own headphones instead of plane's, so is there one available?

Hi bro,

I want a cable which uses a 3.5mm stereo male plug (earphone jack) on one side and splits to 2 3.5mm stereo female plugs on the other end. Cable length about 6 inches. Could you please give me a few quotes (low,mid,high end). Please let me know the model of the plugs & cable.
