U want use xt1 with 35mm f1.4 only? That very limit, if this is the only lens u want, better take the 23mm f1.4, because 35mm might be tight if in small room
*
thats right.35mm ,the field of view if quite narrow especially when shooting indoor.23mm is preferable .

but the 35mm sharpness just drool.gif drool.gif

Actually the sharpness from fuji primes is amazing , that the reason i choose fuji at first haha
*
and the colour and skin tone reproduction. i just coudnt resist it wub.gif
it makes me spend rm3.1k just for camera. most expensive thing i ever bought lol

QUOTE(kenary820 @ Feb 16 2014, 06:39 PM)
outdoor the kitzoom perform better..not sure the other prime the 35mm does hv colour fringing.
*
quite la. especially when direct shoot to sunlight. for sure will see colour fringing sweat.gif

5k? Hm back then when the XPRO1 first available in malaysia, if I'm not mistaken it was around rm6k like that.
I think maybe you gonna need more than 6k for that XT1 + 35 1.4 combo hmm.gif
*
im expecting about rm8k if paired with xf 23..almost similar to full frame combo sony a7

fuji flagship newcomer is very expensive one.

need to wait about a year for the price to drop reasonably sweat.gif

i think x-e2 with xf 23 already good enough smile.gif

just discover a new discovery here ( at least for me) tongue.gif

never thought that shooting at iso 6400,with +1 noise reduction im getting usable shots.reading review, most of them said that up to iso 3200,users can get usable shot .beyond that,it's already bad.

but in real life,at least to my eyes, shot at 6400 iso is actually usable.

with x-e1,sooc +1 NR wink.gif

man,i just love this camera

really? I went in and played with the x100s for about 15mins at least haha. even let me walk around the shop and outside (provided in their view) to take photos. maybe it's just the fotokem at sunway pyramid? idk, but I was really pleased with that.

in other news, might be getting a used x100/s and selling off my 23mm and getting the 56  laugh.gif
*
dont u feel that 56 mm will be too limited in field of view? xf 35 already feel the limitness hmm.gif

Similar to 85mm, depending what you want to use the lens for I guess. Suitable for portraits  laugh.gif
*
im pretty sure 56mm only suits those that use it for paid jobs.

the price for sure around rm3k ++ cry.gif

High five! My X-E1 was sort of 'main' but I had my 2kg dslr on the side on standby, they can't really tell which is which since the end product has the same touchup. laugh.gif

The surprised faces were memorable.

Depends if your client can accept you using the Fuji system or not actually  laugh.gif I was given the weird stare when I used X-E2 as back up instead of my usual D700 LOL.
*
oh really..but for wedding shooting, i think using dslr is a must as fuji focusing system is really bad shakehead.gif

luckily im used to manual focusing and it quite nice actually. i dont have to really depend on camera to focus on my subject flex.gif
