I once posted here a long time ago when I hit my ideal weight but since then I actually gain some kg due to some unfortunate reasons and now trying to lose it again. I don't know why but I'm kinda stuck at 53 kg for a while even though these things are not foreign to me.I'm targeting to lose 5kg by the end of January (2 months) so if anyone is willing to give any comments or critiques to help me I would deeply appreciate it. I will upload some pictures soon to track my progress.


Details about me:-
Height : 158cm
Weight : 53-54 kg
Target weight : 48-48kg



Monday:
Breakfast :- Coffee and 12 cherry tomatoes
Lunch : Milk and bun
Dinner : Pau (meat) + 4 cherry Tomatoes

Sports: 1.5hr Gym (resistance 30min + Jogging 1hour)

Tuesday:
Breakfast : Milk and Cherry Tomatoes (7pcs)
Lunch : Mash potatoes, sausage bun, Macaroni and tomatoes (3)
Tea: Banana
Dinner: Pau (kaya/peanut)

Sports: Badminton 1 hour

Wednesday:
Breakfast : Milk and 7 cherry tomatoes
Lunch : Instant noodles and Banana
Dinner : Rice, pork and vegetables
Supper: Watermelon and Celery

Sports: none

what i observe is..try to reduce carb for your dinner...
and add some carb to ur breakfast. this is quite importabt

Do you know sometimes you have to eat so much more to burn FAT? Weight should not be your primarily goal. Get rid of FAT is..

Hey!Thanks for the invite, but it's too far for me. smile.gif haha totally wrong side of town. Anyway, do you have any recommendations? People would tell me to eat celery and up my protein...

Thursday:-
Breakfast: watermelon, celery ,cucumber, banana
Lunch: Fish, chicken, tomatoes and banana
Dinner: Meal Replacement and Banana

Sports : Badminton 2 hours.

Breakfast: Milo + half an apple + honey green tea
Lunch : Tofu and Tempura vegetables +green tea
Dinner: Pork Soup, Pork and Tofu, Carrots.

Dinner : Capsicum + Mushroom + chestnuts + watermelon +apple slice + jambu

Sadly only 1 kg! Nooo. But I've been so busy these past few days I can't even remember what I ate yesterday time to reset

I'm sorry, but your diet is terrible. Arrio has 6 packs and is ripped. I have 6 packs and I'm ripped. My sister has 6 packs and is ripped. Yes, we 3 know each other in real life.
You have 3 people who have very low bodyfat who will tell you that you are eating too LITTLE and you will actually retain more fat if you continue this way.

Silly, you can slim down even when you are heavier than 48kg. Muscle is more heavier than fat, just replacing fat to muscle will make you slim down. Female will have more fat compared to male, and is harder to build muscle. So no need to be worried about being bulky if lifting weight. because this is a wrong concept. You can eat what you want if you had really work out really hard. Enjoy!
