With a VLT of 57% the only place where you can put it is the rear passenger and rear windows only. Not going to pass the 70% and 50% VLT including the original glass tint in the front and front passengers sides.
*
Yes the price for the spec is worth ~
I believe the product spec is for side window only because safety film cant be installed on Front or Rear

Drop by Solar Gard HQ get verified by them, after verification then go to Tribunal Court if the shop do not admit it

I installed Llumar crystal 6 but it seems to be worse than the 2 times cheaper Llumar safety tint I had on another car.

Anyway of checking Llumar tint on my car is real or fake? Anyone with first hand experience doing this verification?

I have called the Llumar distributor Tint Auto. But, the person who pick up the call seems to be only interested in doing business and do not answer my question directly. Call them twice and twice also say if want genuine then come to Tint Auto only. But why they list so many other authorized dealers in their website?

Do you think is worth to pay Tint Auto a visit to verify the tint in my car? Any person in Tint Auto that I should speak directly to?
*
Yes, you should drive your car to HQ and ask them to verify the product without telling them the story 1st -)

JPJ regulations
1. Based on the spec, the front and front (side windows) is illegal

Heat performance
1. I would say the side windows performance is better than the front and rear!
This must be joking because the most important is the front because you are driving and most of the
heat come from the front.
2. Please take note that the film thickness is only 3Mil, whereby a minimum thickness for safety film is 4Mil

If you are paying around RM1k-RM1.5k for this spec should consider good, but try to upgrade the FRONT to better film

I am a new car user. Will get my saga flx tomorrow.
Opting for security tint but in Seremban, people charging RM 1000 for brandless security tint. Is it that expensive?

My budget is around RM500 only. Anyone can recommend me a good film? Is 5 mil enough for I need more?
*
RM1000 for cap ayam film is too much.

Try to find in Groupon?

yea, i was thinking the same also, Prices for 3M, Vkool can easily be obtained, raytech however...a bit tough..

Their TSER seems to be highest also, side and back windscreen..front one..need to go in store to see only know..need to compare apple to apple (money to money) only can see how much TSER/Ringgit it is worth..
*
Yes you should spend little bit time to drop by the shop as you mentioned. Moreover you can feel the demo itself

rubbish, they just want you to go thru them so that they can earn comm. just get a pro to tint, don't spoil any electronics or mechanical parts you will be ok.
*
Go to reputable brand shop and at least they will compensate your mechanical or electronics parts
if accidentally spoil it.

I regretted going with Huper Optik. If you can fork out a bit more just go with VKool or other brands. Otherwise, just cheaper tints RM800-1000. I only have experience with Vkool and it is proven to be cooler at a higher VLT ie. not too dark tint.

THere is anti-smash 4mil if I'm not mistaken, though my priority is only in heat rejection and not anti-smash.
*
Yes V-Kool Safety Series has very clear VLT, if you are looking at 50% VLT you need to take VKool Series without safety and the performance is better

If I'm not mistaken Vkool Elite's VLT is 75%. What is the TSER of Vkool Elite?

Also, which Vkool tint with VLT 50% or higher has the highest TSER ie. most efficient in blocking heat from penetrating into the cabin?

Thanks.
*
VK Elite VLT 73.2% and TSER is 55%

V-Kool 55 - TSER 60%, VLT 58%
V-Kool 40 - TSER 65% VLT 42%
