QUOTE(pandera999 @ Dec 14 2013, 10:07 AM) xmas promotion? just brought..... yes.. no more.. that spec.. is kinda weak.. slow performance.. but it not drain much battery... low-end graphic card.. but its ok for light gaming.. compare with toshiba Satellite L40-AS109Xb/G/W, i5-3337U + Nvidia GT740M@RM2199[Onkyo], 4GB, 750GB, 3 years local warranty; colors: Blue/gold/white pay extra rm100 for better speaker and good graphic card compare hd7450M and have larger storage.. plus with 3 years warranty RM2099. it seem tosiba is more expensive. with other brand with same spec. but i like the colour white thx ^^ |

Preferred Brand - Asus / Lenovo / (Acer/Dell?) 2. Budget - 2.5k 3. Usage - can quite easily bring about, multimedia, medium gaming 4. Preferred laptop/screen size - 14", i5 is enough for me i guess, not so thick, decent battery life i've looked, Asus K46CB, Y410P or S410P and Acer V5-473PG or Dell Vostro 5470 seems fine.. opinions, sifus? thanks in advance ASUS K451LB-WX071H, i5-4200U + Nvidia GT740M@RM2199, 4GB, 750GB, W8 HP Pavilion 14-N059TX, i5-4200U + Nvidia GT740M@RM2099[2.03kg], 4GB, 750GB, W8; colors: silver/black Lenovo Z400 touch, i5-3230M + Nvidia GT740M + (1366x768, touch)@RM2199, 4GB, 1TB, W8; 2 years warranty best if you could choose Lenovo Y410P, as it has the best performance and approx light weight laptop you can get out there. |

1. Preferred Brand - Lenovo/Asus (any other brand is ok too)
2. Budget - RM 2000-3500 3. Usage - College work (Notes, assignments) , gaming with 60fps(League of Legends & Blackshot), movie watching, maybe live streaming my gameplays. 4. Preferred laptop/screen size - not too thick and too heavy as I'll be bringing it around campus. Size around 13"-15" is ok. -A good speaker isn't that important as I'll be getting my own earphones/headphones. -Good battery life too (around 4-5 hours when browsing the web and typing) This post has been edited by xiaotiffany: Dec 14 2013, 10:59 PM |

QUOTE(eddydo @ Dec 15 2013, 12:16 AM) How serious are you in photo editing?I highly suggest you seek a person who can "loan" or colour calibrate your laptop for a fee, I was doing this service quite regularly last time but stopped already when I sold the device. Btw, the device cost around RM400+ for a basic one, I'm using the Spyder 4 Pro which costs close to RM700. That was how serious I was about photo editing lol. Plus, the prints that I do is from a Master Printer who prints for Malaysia's top wedding photographer This post has been edited by -kytz-: Dec 15 2013, 12:46 AM |
