I am planning to buy for investment given all the benefits mentioned in the thread eg. Location, surrounding future development, price, design, clubhouse (saving in maintenance fee by not being G&G) etc.

And regarding the tanent, I think IOI will vp earlier than sklia since they start their construction earlier than sklia. They might offer to the tenant earlier. Can share who will be yr targeted tenant?

i dont think its hard to find tenant although ioi ll vp 1st since my observation supply of new landed township here re limited n currently hard to find vacant house at at kota warisan either for sale or let.also a lot of sk buyer will occupy. with club house n hyper market next door, thats the edge. from masterplan, i could expect ioi ll more crowded with big allocation for high rise, no?
