it will be like saujana utama i think. They have a club house eventhough the land is not strata/gng. However, the membership is free for all the saujana buyers but annual fee is charged to the public resident

Proof of residence is required example the utility bill to receive the discount. However for non-residents, there is no discount to become the memberships, must pay standard fees.
