why submersible cannot?

If submersible pump where you gonna put bro? Unless you planning on letting it sit in your reservoir together with all the water. laugh.gif

Also, submersible pumps rely on the water it's immersed in for lubrication and cooling.

No choice la, too expensive if buy from US. Come lets become distro for monsoon tongue.gif

Whats that UV adhesive supposed to do? Glow under UV light?  hmm.gif
*
I wouldn't mind being distro for monsoon. But need to be loaded weih.: cry.gif

LOL. no bro. The adhesive cures under UV light. So you can take your time to align and fit the parts you need together, then just expose to UV light/sunlight for awhile and it's done. Only $4 a bottle for 8ml of glue.. thumbup.gif

I'm an SR-1 fan myself actually. haha!

Check out the reviews that are on martin labs. They're pretty comprehensive and I think you'd be the kind that appreciates the overload of technicalities. haha.

Sadly yeah, lets go rob a bank tongue.gif

But not sure it will leave residue or not right for clear acrylic  hmm.gif
*
Should have put source. sweat.gif My bad. notworthy.gif

Perfect for use with acrylic sheet and tube.

Includes four (4) precision point disposable application tips.

Does not dissolve or scar plastics the way solvent welding type adhesives can so you get perfect aesthetically correct parts.

UV cure adhesive allows for very long work times so you can take all the time you need to position your parts, wipe off any squeeze out, and make sure everything is the way you want it. Once it is, you can “kick off” the adhesive by applying UV light with either a UV cure light or by placing the part/s in direct sun light for a few minutes.

Care should be taken to ensure that your work space does not have UV light present as this will cause the adhesive to cure prematurely—so no open/uncovered windows or doors and no UV lights, (like grow lights). Standard incandescent or fluorescent lights have no effect and are fine.

At least one of the parts being bonded together must be transparent so the UV light can expose the adhesive on the joint area. The bottle should be stored in a cool dark place when not in use.

You can get the waterblock locally. Look for logic_life on the forums. I think he's got one to sell. brows.gif

You might just lose it completely if you look at the rest of his photos.

EDIT: Chew Yongxian poison this way brows.gif sadly, the block is AMD only. sad.gif But he's got a pump going for cheap! laugh.gif

llk, you might want to check out the radiator pump mount and see if it's compatible for you.

I checked his threads. That aquacomputer block is for AMD cpus. But I'm not sure if he is still selling those GTX680 classifieds. Bloody hell it was a shame that project never came to be. Dual xeons somemore man.

And yes, I don't think I wanna see the rest. It's bad for my heart.

Edit: HAHAHAHHAA. Waaaaaaay ahead of you pal. XD

If you want he can get the intel mount for you. And the classifieds are stil up for sale.

Where can I get reservoir mounting clamps for my Aqualis 100? 50mm OD.
*
I'd recommend getting any other clamp, like the primochill one and modding it with foam. Only 50mm clamp I can think of is alphacool.

Acrylic job done by shepard. Highly recommended by me for awesome service.

If you're wondering what foam to get, head over to a stationery shop or an aquarium shop for the foam. They come in large sheets and you can use them for whatever, even sound dampening if you need to.

Man. The aqualis. From specialtech, right? How much did you pay for it and it's borosilicate glass, right?

And very good choice on the QDCs. Can't go wrong with Koolance QDCs. I think next wc I build might just be full on koolance stuff. Amazing quality.

As for shepard, yeah, a great guy to deal with. Got my massive sheet of 5mm acrylic for my side panel a few days ago. I hope my aluminium panel doesn't break. Didn't expect it to be so heavy. laugh.gif

I just tried with some foam I had from my car's sound dampening. It doesn't work. sad.gif Would prefer to just buy the mount.  icon_question.gif  icon_question.gif  icon_question.gif  icon_question.gif

It's glass, what type? I don't know. LOL. I don't know how much I paid for it, don't want to know either.  cry.gif

I'm all Koolance with this build, just 2 EK HD adapters for my acrylic tubing. They're the closest looking one to Koolance to match my fittings.

I'll have more interesting things from him after CNY!  rclxm9.gif
*
You need to go all around on the ring, and the foam has to be thick. You have to compensate for 13mm. haha.

Wahhhh. Don't know how much you paid for it. notworthy.gif

Good choices. EK HD the largest size or the regular one?

QUOTE(Lucassss @ Jan 30 2014, 11:37 PM)
BTW, I bet you didn't notice the EK HD adapter stuck to the male QDC!

I really don't want to know either. I'm going to feel really bad.

It's the smaller one. 10/12mm IIRC. Just admit that it's stealth!  cool2.gif
*
Folds? :hm: Try different ways of clipping the mount on. Pretty sure it works. Well, it works in my head la. tongue.gif

Yeah, I don't think I'll ever count how much my loop cost me. Would just faint.

Stealth indeed.

It doesn't. The weight of the reservoir would just pull it off. sad.gif
Is there any way I can get 50mm mounts locally?
*
Weight. I don't think any 50mm mount would help then. You might end up just scratching the glass. Perhaps try making a mount of your own? Use acrylic or aluminium.

I have the stock mount, but I can't use it in my case cause it's the really weird cradle mount. Something like the XSPC Photon's mount would be awesome.
*
Eh? Then use it la. It's pretty straight forward and very low profile. And knowing Aquacomputer, it's probably stainless steel. Just need to drill some holes into your case.

Wanna ask Bitspower res user here, is it normal slightly leaking at the shinning aqua pipe (since it don't have rubber seal)? Mine has this problem, i try to move to another inlet but after while it leak again  sad.gif

Is the leak within the reservoir? If it is, you've got nothing to worry about. But give it a check the next time you do maintenance of open up your loop.
